We’re seeking an experienced Team Coordinator to support a busy, high‑performing team in our vibrant London office. This role suits someone highly organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Partners and the wider team with admin, correspondence, reports and minutes.
  • Manage diaries, internal/external meetings, complex travel and visa arrangements.
  • Oversee onboarding tasks including mandatory training, inductions and relevant trackers.
  • Prepare documents including presentations, fee proposals, CVs, case studies and bids under £100k.
  • Handle questionnaires, supplier forms and competency agreements.
  • Manage document control, COR forms, opportunities, contracts and ongoing updates.
  • Maintain internal/external Teams sites and provide best‑practice guidance.
  • Liaise with Finance on invoices, enquiries, and debt chasing.
  • Ensure timely completion of service reviews, training, timesheets and financial tasks.
  • Support internal audits and monitor completion of actions.
  • Act as first point of contact for system queries and provide process guidance.
  • Provide support and holiday cover for other London administrators.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or coordination role.
  • High IT proficiency across PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Proactive, logical thinker who remains professional and calm under pressure.
  • Strong discretion and confidentiality.
  • Minimum GCSEs and A‑Levels.

Location: The Shard, London • Hours: 9am–5:30pm

Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home
