We source our candidates from a variety of places including our existing in-house database that has been built up over the last 12 years and has over 10000 candidates’ details registered. We also use other methods of candidate attraction such as social media, advertising on the major internet job boards, and by far the most important – recommendations and referrals from other candidates and clients.
You can rest assured that all our candidates have a face to face, fully structured interview, and their skills are tested using the latest online software, before their details are submitted to your vacancy.
Other services we can offer include visiting your office to obtain a comprehensive brief, preparation of a Job Description and Person Specification and advice on the remuneration and benefits package if required.
