Account Manager
Representing a successful and established Fire & Security company who are looking for hungry, “go getting” and self-motivated people to join their sales and account management team.

With a proven track record in relationship management, including service and project sales within the fire and security industry. You are required to be proactive with the ability to build a strong customer rapport.
Customer relationships are at the forefront of everything you do! You will be rewarded with uncapped commission and team bonuses, so this is a fantastic opportunity to make money!
Reporting directly to the Group Sales Director, the role is to develop, manage & convert on your own sales pipeline. Working within unrestricted area’s / industries . The position requires a high level of self motivation, exceptional organisational and communication skills.

Duties will include:
Market Research & Analysis: Research and analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Generate leads through networking, referrals, previous relationships and digital marketing efforts.
Product & Service Development: Collaborate with sales team to design and introduce new fire and security solutions in line with our strategy.
Compliance & Risk Management: Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance.
Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of your business development. Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes for senior management.
Customer Satisfaction & Retention: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client issues and providing an exceptional service.
Design & Quotations: Complete site surveys to design fire and security systems utilising our SaaS based business management system.

- Must have previous sales or account management experience with the industry
- Has worked to KPI’s & targets previously
- Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
- Ability to manage their workload and keep to strict deadlines
