Property Manager

• Salary £26,000 plus bonus
• Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5.30 pm
• Based near Harlow
• Driver with own transport needed

This Property Manager role is to be part of the team of a growing letting agent – property experience would be useful, but being customer focussed, a natural problem solver and a positive team player is much more important.

On a day to day basis the Property Manager’s duties will include:

• Arrange maintenance with contractors
• Ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner
• Manage contracts for third party suppliers
• Communication with landlords and tenants

The Property Manager will

• Be solution focussed
• Have attention to details
• Be able to work to deadlines
• Manage expectations with a firm but fair approach
• Be a confident and articulate communicators
• Have excellent administration skills
• Enjoy helping others

Ideally you will have a property background, but in all cases you will need to be a confident note taker, a self starter, and be a driver with your own transport.
