Are you a highly organised individual with a passion for providing exceptional administrative support?

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Administrator to join my client’s dynamic team in Stevenage. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some administrative experience who is looking to start a rewarding career.

As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your strong organisational skills and excellent telephone manner will be essential in handling various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distributing new enquiries promptly and effectively
  • Handling subsequent introducer/client/lender enquiries
  • Ensuring all incoming calls are answered in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining client records
  • Ensuring all enquiries are logged onto the system
  • Case Management working in conjunction with Commercial Broker team including making and handling diary actions as required
  • Processing and logging card payments
  • Housekeeping duties – General tidiness and good upkeep of office, equipment checks, checking supplies of documentation etc., Overseeing office stationery requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 1 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • IT Literate including all Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Minium Grade 5 GCSE (or equivalent) in both Maths & English
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels of the business
