Recruitment Consultant
Salary: Basic £23,000 – £30,000, OTE Uncapped 
Working Hours: Monday – Friday

Office Based in Loughton, Essex

The role:

Your initial focus will be developing an expert network of candidates, conducting searches, account managing existing relationships and working collaboratively with the team.

This opportunity offers a HOT desk, with live opportunities and relationships and can work towards earning commission straight away!

Duties:

• Sourcing professionals in the automotive industry for placements around the UK from a variety of platforms such as LinkedIn, social media forums, internal database, headhunting, referrals etc.
• Successfully drive sales and margin growth
• Request, collect and maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and candidate availability for work etc
• Managing relationships with existing candidates and customers
