Location: Remote (Ideally near to Royston for training)

Temp to Perm – Administrator – WFH – 35 Hours 

We are currently working with a dynamic entrepreneurial online retailer specialising in the development, manufacturing, assembly, and supply of high-quality fitness equipment to leading retailers.

Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team who will also be able to perform deliveries of these goods. The role will be based from home however you will need to a commutable distance from Royston for initial training and to collect goods for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing orders onto the system that come through online.
• Answering queries via email and phone
• Managing live chat via the online portal
• Booking deliveries onto the system
• Packing, loading and unloading delivery van
• Delivering goods to customers using the company van

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong organisational skills
• IT Literate including Microsoft applications
• Full Clean UK Driving Licence
• Polite telephone manner
